While it is extremely easy to get caught up in all the nutrition books out there, there are a few that I cannot live without. This book breaks down everything that you need to know about the diet, the foods, and getting back to eating the way that humans "mostly" evolved to eat. It covers everything from the poor daily habits of the average North American, to the science of why most grains are bad for your health.
