One slight "problem" with eggs is that a surprising amount of people have intolerances towards them. Not necessarily keel over and give me an EpiPen intolerant, but rather mild digestive issues. One way to improve this is to always switch up the way you cook your eggs.
You might be thinking, "but Joel aren't your arteries all clogged up with cholesterol?". While contrary to popular belief there is no correlation between cholesterol levels and heart disease. It is a rather HUGE myth.
I am not going to dive into the details of an eggs nutrition or whether they are going to give you a heart attack. You can find that right here.
I am going to give you my top five different ways to cook eggs so that...
1) you don't get sick of eating frickin' scrambled eggs everyday.
2) you can help avoid any intolerances you might have towards eggs by changing up the way you cook an egg.
Before we get into that I want to say this, DON'T BUY CONVENTIONAL EGGS!
While overall eating eggs does not increase your risk of heart disease, eating conventional eggs over free-range eggs does. This is because the eggs are such poorer quality and typically oxidize much easier once in your body. Oxidation leads to degenerative diseases!
So it is very important to eat free-range eggs!
