You can read an article about something, and the next day turn around and read something else that completely contradicts it. Fat is good, fat is bad, run , don't run, you get the idea. This epidemic couldn't be greater than in the health, nutrition, and fitness world.
There are many methods and regimes out there that are awesome...and some that suck! What is important is that you find something you can relate too, believe in, and can follow on a consistent basis. One of the largest impacts on your health, especially with regards to weight loss, is simply sticking to a healthy eating plan. This plan can take many forms but what is important is that to stick to it. And once you find something you like, STOP reading/following other sites, people, or content.
