That's when we came across the idea of combining nutrition along with wicked workouts to blast fat and boost results!
Most bootcamps do offer some form of nutrition with the programs. The problem is that at best you get handed a cookie cutter "meal plan" that may or may not work for you. Well we decided to switch it up!
At FFA we have have put just as much emphasis on nutrition as we do the workouts. Why?...to achieve amazing results and help each person get on the road to optimal health. We wanted to give people the tools to lose weight and create healthier lifestyle habits that last.
