We decided to put together a butter chicken paleo recipe that is super duper simple. You can make it in under 30 minutes and most of that time is just waiting on the chicken and yams to cook. You can find a boat load of healthy pre-made curries at any local health food store and even most super-markets nowadays. So if you want something quick, take advantage of sauces and curries like these!
- one jar of a healthy curry mix (no preservatives and all natural, organic is even better)
- 2-3 chicken breasts (we like 3 for the added protein)
- 1 medium-large yam
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 1-1.5 cups frozen peas
