One thing to keep in kind when you are diving into your favourite spread, nut butters are very calorically dense. Because they are rich in fats the calories add up super fast. If you are scooping half a jar at a time you are loading yourself up with a ton of calories. Just be mindful.
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon of coconut cream (the fatty part)
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon (I know this seems like a lot but trust me it's not)
- Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and mash with a fork until evenly mixed together.
