It was so nice to learn the origin of drinks such as Root Beer and Cream Soda. They didn't just appear in the convenient stores randomly one day...many many years ago they were crafted and created by people of the past in such a healthy fashion! Created with love (and a bit of patience). These types of drinks take a few days to make but are well worth the wait.

The cheeses, milks, and yogurts we buy in the grocery stores are now mostly all pasteurized. Essentially all the bacteria is killed off, both good and bad. Now to be fair...some germs we definitely don't want to catch. There are some truly dangerous bugs out there too, and since we can't see them...we end up eliminating ALL OF THEM. However we need the good bacteria to be healthy and to have proper immune function.
By drinking fermented drinks you can be sure to know you are providing yourself with the healthy guys. Why not strengthen your immune system a bit!? By increasing the number of healthy bacteria in your body you will be able to fight off the bad bacteria better, more efficiently, AND NATURALLY!
